If a traffic violation citation case has been cited under the name of the owner of vehicle by the charging authority and the person being cited in the citation shall be the fault liabilities of another person, he/she shall file a claim attached with the relevant proofs and documents of those who shall take the liabilities to the charging authority before the dateline of the required reporting day of the violation citation case. The concerned authority shall additionally inform the person who shall take the fault liabilities in compliance with the law. Those who fail to file a claim within the required dateline will be cited and fined with violation as stipulated according to the Act.
