Overview:

The heavy traffic flow between the three municipalities of Taichung, Changhua and Nantou has turned areas near highway or expressway interchanges into traffic bottlenecks. The Taichung City Government, Freeway Bureau, Highway Bureau and Nantou County Government have jointly launched the project to mitigate cross-regional traffic problems and enhance the overall road network efficiency through cross-unit communication and collaboration.
