To provide more comprehensive services, the bureau recently launched the digital billboard AI, " Tax-Saving Master Shen," offering audio-visual services. Citizens can gain tax knowledge and select popular questions for quick answers, experiencing an interactive and engaging new customer service experience.

Local Tax Bureau Director Zheng-An Shen stated that to respond to the arrival of the "Smart Home Era," the Local Tax Bureau is committed to upgrading innovative customer service systems. "Tax Little Helper" has evolved from initially providing 24/7 local tax inquiry services on the website to integrating functions such as tax payment, calculation, and online applications. Citizens only need mobile natural person certificates for authentication and keyboard input to complete multiple services, including applications and tax payments, from home. This newly launched digital billboard AI, brilliant customer service, through a virtual service representative " Tax-Saving Master Shen," provides audio-visual services. Citizens can interact verbally with Tax Master Shen to obtain tax knowledge and tap the screen to select popular questions for quick answers, making it very convenient and engaging.

 The Local Tax Bureau pointed out that citizens can also call the cloud telephone number 0080-185-7200 or join the "Taichung Tax AI" LINE official account besides using digital billboards, mobile phones, and computers. Regardless of location, tax service needs can be satisfied with just one device in hand and without the need for exhausting travel.
