The principal (i.e., traffic violator) may, in the event of not being able to appear, appoint an agent to handle matters related to traffic violation item(s) as follows

1. Stating opinions
2. Receiving the road traffic safety brochures
3. Receiving the arbitration decision
4. Suspension of driver’s license and/or license plate (including the receipt of the Penalty Letter)
5. Revocation of driver’s license and/or license plate (including the receipt of the Penalty Letter)
6. Obtaining driver’s license and/or license plate after suspension expires
7. Others
