Family welfare services in Taiwan can be divided into three levels, preventive services, family-centered welfare service centers, and protective measures centered on the victim's family. 14 family welfare service centers provide case management services for vulnerable families, assess family needs, offer various family services such as care and treatment, resource connection, and manage supportive, growth-oriented, and thematic associations as required. Family centers actively reach out to the community to connect resources, organize regional networking meetings and case studies, and invite public and private sectors, local network units, and experts and scholars to attend meetings to form community networks and develop care and support services, so that the community can become a promoter of family support.
